EDGITAL GmbH is founded as a wholly owned subsidiary of HOCHTIEF AG with the aim of driving digital innovation and developing forward-looking solutions.
2023
Conclusion of an innovation partnership with the city of Herne to implement digital transformation projects at municipal level and set new technological standards.
2024
Successful launch of the SMART Mobile app after just three months of development to make it even more flexible to use and allow users to make recordings directly from their smartphones.
2024
Establishing initial strategic partnerships with waste management companies to jointly develop digital solutions and efficiently capture images for partner municipalities.
2025
First successful EDGITAL recordings and acquisition of the first customer in the USA, marking the company’s international expansion course and opening up new growth opportunities.
